Static flow balancing valves is used in hydraulic system. It can balance the flux in the end or every branch in the system accurately. Water system's balance is the premise for normal operation. The system can provide maximum comfort and the least energy consumption in this premise. Screw connection valves' body adopts Venturi flow meter. It makes the flow regulation be more accurate and the flow monitor be more convenient.
Balancing valve is used to adjust the medium flux which flow through the valve body. Balance valve's shaft moves up and down after turning regulating valve's handle to adjust the flow diameter and change the curve feature.Depending on the differential pressure which is measured by the equipped pressure testing port can test and adjust the flux.

PHF-J-TSY01 static balancing valve flow tester is used to the static balancing valve system's flow debugging.Equipped With the PHF-J series Hengsen static balancing valve can measure system pressure and differential pressure. And calculate the current flow automatically according to valve laps which is set by the user.Automatically calculate the quantity of the valve laps which need to opened , change the previous trouble of manual inquiry the flow curve , and reduce the calculation error.Greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the static balancing valve system flow debugging.
Operator interface design with Chinese and English .Recharge or replace the lithium battery power supply, water and electricity separation, handheld operation, with backlight large digital display, compact and portable, adapt the complex scene debugging.
